Welcome to Scarlet & Gay!

Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender Alumni Society
SIGN THE NATIONAL COMING OUT DAY AD 2014!
Each year, members and supporters of The Ohio State University's gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer community publish a two-page ad in The Lantern for National Coming Out Day. This year, the ad will run on Friday, October 10, 2014.
The National Coming Out Day Ad provides a visible presence of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members who stand as allies and members to their LGBTQ colleagues and students.
Please consider adding your name to this annual ad as both a tradition and as a strong visual message supporting the GLBT campus community. All monies collected will support the cost of the ad (over $3,000 needed) and the OSU GLBT Alumni Society Scholarship Program. This campaign is coordinated by Scarlet & Gay, the OSU GLBT Alumni Society, in support of the Ohio State GLBT community.
Become a Member Today!
The annual membership drive for the OSU GLBT Alumni Society is currently under way. Members of the Society are committed to making Ohio State a better place for GLBT students. Members have opportunities to network with other alumni, give back to their alma mater, and improve the climate for the next generation of GLBT students. Members have a voice at OSU and are advocates of GLBT issues. Added benefits include the ability to purchase home football tickets, participate in member-only tailgates, and travel to OSU Football away games. Other member events include adoption information panels, arts and cultural events, and more. As always, students currently enrolled may join for free.
