Ticket Return Policy:
For many of our sponsored events, ticket fees will not be refunded after one week prior to the event. We try to be flexible based on the event, circumstances, and demand for tickets. If you have any questions about purchasing or returning tickets, please contact us at
admin@osuglbt.org. Many times, we can facilitate the sale of your ticket to another party.
For athletic tickets (especially football tickets), we are restricted by the Ohio State University and the OSU Alumni Association in how we handle sales and returns. Specifically, for certain football games, we are required by the University and the Alumni Association to sell a maximum of 2 tickets to each paid member of our Society and the Alumni Association. This means that you must be a current paid member of BOTH the Society and the Alumni Association to qualify for tickets. We will refund any monies we receive from you if you purchase tickets and we determine that you do not hold current membership in both organizations. Please be aware that this determination may not occur until one to two weeks before the event. Therefore, if you plan to make non-refundable travel or accomodation reservations related to the event, please contact us prior to doing so. We will confirm your eligibility to receive tickets at that time. If you do not contact us and it is determined that you are not eligible to receive tickets, you may not receive a refund until one week before the event. If you are unsure about your membership in the Alumni Association, please contact them at 614-292-2200.
The description accompanying each item in our online store will further delineate any restricitions applicable to that event. If you have any questions regarding the particular event or our purchase and refund policies for that event, please contact

Merchandise Return Policy:
We accept returns of any merchandise for a full refund for a period of 30 days past the date of shipment. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. Please contact us at admin@osuglbt.org to arrange for returns.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
We endeavor to ship any physical merchandise as quickly as possible. Generally we initiate shipment within 3 business days of receiving an order and payment. Most merchandise is shipped via US Postal Service or United Parcel Service, depending on the item and cost. If you require different shipping, please contact us at
admin@osuglbt.org.
Many times, event tickets are distributed in person at a reception before the event or there is no physical ticket and your name will be recorded on a participant or attendance list at the event. Please read the description of the event to determine when and where you are able to pick up tickets.
